The Black Leaders in Sport Network (BLISN) stands at the forefront of sport leadership and inclusion, serving as the pivotal link among delivery organisations, grant funders, and public services. BLISN is not just an organisation but a dynamic hub where these key sectors converge to amplify impact, meet strategic objectives, and foster community development through sport.

Membership is extended to individuals who identify as Black or experience racism, are residents of the UK, and who are:

  • Actively engaged in sports development and the physical activity sector.
  • Passionate about personal growth, professional development, and advancing their projects within the sport.
  • Interested in initiating or supporting community sports initiatives in a constructive and supportive environment.
  • Eager to connect with other Black leaders active in community sports and physical activity sectors.
