Anne-Marie Waugh is a seasoned professional with vast expertise in business and professional services. As the Secretary of BLISN, Anne-Marie applies her strategic vision to support the network’s operations, helping to drive its mission of amplifying Black voices in sports leadership.
Beyond BLISN, she is the CEO and founder of RollaDome All Skate, a charity she established in 2009 that has positively impacted the lives of over 40,000 young people through roller sports and educational programs.
Additionally, Anne-Marie leads AMW Associates, where she offers business consulting, life coaching, and mentoring services, bringing her extensive experience in social housing management and community-focused initiatives to all her work.
